Comment vous dire la communication avec ACE rent car reste assez compliqué. Mon dossier est toujours en attente et les choses navancent pas. Je ne comprends pas car toutes les pièces justificatives ont été donné pour que je sois remboursé au plus vite mais on me fait attendre cest inacceptable pour une entreprise dune telle envergure. This company rented my girlfriend a vehicle although she don't have a driver's license and she used my name to rent it and I never signed any contract with them for it! It has no spare tire in case of need! And although I paid for over a week rental, they wouldn't let me rent it for another week! Then they were very unprofessional and were nasty rude towards me! They even threatened to file for a warrant when I tried to extend the rental for another week; Jamie with corporate was a real ***

I haven't heard anything back until now. Like I said, nobody's called, emailed or text any of the numbers I left them. The girl at the pickup counter in the lot was rude as *** but other than those two things and the car needing to be serviced. Well see what happens

Ace Rent A Car - Horrible Company

The man who helped us was nice however, when I was speaking to the representative, he failed to mention anything about gas. They didn't have options for prepay for the gas, no sign, current prices (nor did they offer or say anything.) I also read the rental agreement and it mentions NOTHING about gas.

Well, they charged me $9.99 a GALLON which resulted in an additional $121 charge. In addition, i now have another additional $200 charge for no reason.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! with the rating of 3.2 at the FLL location, they truly deserve to go out of business and really should update their rental agreement.

Dirty rental and cannot connect with customer service

When I finally left the mpls ace rental car lot it was 1:45am, I was supposed to pick it up at 11pm. It took almost 3 hours for their system to except one of the credit cards that had more than enough credit on them to cover their $300 deposit.

After I'd say the 15th time trying my CC's one magical decided to go through for some reason? I Sign some papers get a wimpy little Kia after the guy just got telling me how Kia keeps on making their cars crappier and crappier, head straight to where I'm staying and I'm so exhausted I got to bed by 3:30am. Long story longer when I got out the that wimpy kid the next morning I go to retrieve the change that fell out of my pocket omwh the night before and under the drivers seat I just disgusting.! Old used dentastix, peanuts from a candy bar, gum wrapper, a couple pennies, a safety pin and sand.!

Name things that you'd find under a car's seat.? The top 5 answers under were under that Kia's. There was also little dings and knicks all around the fringe of the car, so naturally I immediately reached out to Ace. Long story just a little longer, I promise.!

I've been trying contact Ace at the MPLS location where I originally rented the dirty Kia Forte and also the customer service line.

Which all that number does is hang up on you after you make any selection. For Ace to retain me as a customer after all of this the compensation should have to greatly exceed my expectations.

Overcharged my credit card

I paid for a rental car online for our trip for a SUV Yukon or compatible , I got to the airport & they did not have what I ordered , and the lady at the counter charged me $343.59 more for a Chrysler voyager. I already had paid for my rental car & she said it was an up charge for that vehicle. This is a bait & switch !!! There is no way Im paying this extra amount. I want this money refunded immediately

False advertisement

I placed a rental reservation through Ace rental car company a month ago. I have only a Chime debit card and so I asked over the telephone could I use my chime card as a form of payment. I was informed that I must show a round trip ticket. I was refused a car rental based on my Chime card. Take a lot at Ace rental car forms of payment it says credit and debit card. I had to pay $50 for an Uber to get home.

The worst car rental experience ever, especially after speaking to the regional manager in the New Orleans location. The vehicles are trash and unsafe. The car had covered up body, smelly interior, bad tire pressure, mixed match hubs, horrible customer service.
