I had to pay $1000 more for the car rental once we got to England because the card I booked with was different from the card I had to pay with. The card I booked with was my wife's and the card I needed to pay with was mine.

She did not bring hers with her. We have joint accounts but names on the cards are different. They would not accept my card which had car insurance on it. Therefore we were forced to get car insurance for 700+ pounds which equaled $1000+ dollars.

Who cares who pays as long it is it is paid for? right? She felt so bad and I am pissed. I booked through Ace car rental in the United States and when we got to England it was Green motion car and van rental.

I tried to contact Better Business Bureau but the are not a member, surprise, surprise! Would like the Ace Car Rental to contact me or get some satisfaction from either company.

I have to put 100 words into this complaint or it will not be accepted so I will but babble.
