We have a reservation for minivan ahead two months prior. At first we got lost because they have multiple address that they didn’t change and we go different places miles away.

We called the company and give us the correct address and we were advised not to be late because the minivan is waiting for us. We got there the lady asking some weird stuff asking why my name is different to my nick name it looks she don’t trust me. . She ask fo billing statement just to make sure I’m the right person.

She run my credit card and all stuff and at the end finally she told us IM SORRY WE DONT HAVE A MINIVAN AVAILABLE . Really weird I hope ace management will good actions to this.

Our vacation got ruined.. Cry
