Ace Rent A Car - Worst Customer Server Service

I have made a reservation using Hotwire to pick a rental car at ACE Rent a Car Location - 2230 South Andrews Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 331316-**** on April 25th, 2019.
When I have been there to pick the car up, the local rental agency has informed me that the rental car is for limited miles (150 miles/day). I denied the service as the Hotwire application shows that I have rented it for unlimited miles (Attached are the images for your reference).
The Manager is absolutely rude and doesn't like to listen to what I have to say. He doesn't even care to look at the application that I'm showing. I am not sure how he was handling this particular location. I left the place without picking up the car.
Now, Hotwire says that the amount has been paid to ACE Car Rentals and it could not be refunded. My question is if I haven't picked up the car, why is that I have to pay for the service?
There is no proper Customer Service Team for ACE Rent a Car. PATHETIC...!!!

People work hard for their money and donโt like to feel ripped off. This is the worst car rental business, they miss represent vehicles available and fees. A Nissan Pathfinder is not a full size suv.
Your screenshot shows it does not have unlimited mileage for local renters, you have a Miami phone number
You uploaded your screen shots that explicitly tell you it's not unlimited mileage...

That is a local Miami area code... Take a look at the 1st image you uploaded last bullet point... It reads from your screenshot: Some local rentals (rentals not connected to roundtrip airfare reservations) do not offer unlimited mileage Umm...
Sir, with all do respect you already knew or at least should have known this before walking in the door. You truly can not get mad a company for providing you with information clear as day...
